These terms govern your use of integralhs.com (the "Site"), operated by Integral Healthcare Solutions, Inc. ("IHS," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Information only, not advice
The Site gives general information about healthcare accreditation, compliance and program development. It is not legal, regulatory, clinical or accreditation advice. Standards, rules and accreditor policies change. Check the current text from the accreditor or regulator, and consult qualified counsel, before you act.
IHS is not an accrediting body. It does not grant an accreditation or influence an accreditation decision.
No consulting relationship from using the Site
Reading the Site, emailing us, subscribing to the email list or booking an introductory meeting does not make you an IHS client. A consulting relationship begins only when you and IHS both sign a written agreement. Until then, do not send us health information.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that any organization will earn or keep an accreditation, pass a review or meet a deadline. Those outcomes depend on the organization's facts and on decisions made by the accreditor or regulator.
Our content
The text, graphics, templates, checklists and other material on the Site belong to IHS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other law. You may view the Site and download material for your organization's own internal use. Unless a document says otherwise, you may not copy, republish, sell or build a product from it without our written permission.
Names and marks of accreditors and other organizations belong to their owners. We use them only to identify what we are describing. Their use does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with IHS.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to break the law, to interfere with it or its security, to send spam or malicious code, to scrape it in bulk, or to pretend to be someone else.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds services run by others, including Acuity Scheduling (booking), Kit (email list) and social media sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, IHS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including that the content is complete, current or error-free.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IHS and its owners, officers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or willful misconduct. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Services IHS provides under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Governing law
North Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Changes
We may change these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Using the Site after that means you accept the change.
