Effective date: October 10, 2026
This policy explains what information integralhs.com (the "Site") collects, how Integral Healthcare Solutions, Inc. ("IHS," "we," "us") uses it, and what choices you have. "You" means anyone who visits the Site.
Who we are
IHS is a healthcare accreditation, compliance and program development consulting firm based in Hillsborough, North Carolina. You can reach us at info@integralhs.com.
Do not send health information through the Site
The Site is not a place to submit patient or other health information. We do not need it to answer an inquiry or book an introductory meeting. If you send health information by mistake, tell us at info@integralhs.com and we will delete it.
This policy covers the Site. Confidentiality for consulting work is set by the written agreement between IHS and the client.
What we collect, and how
Information you give us
- Email. If you write to info@integralhs.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write or attach.
- Booking an introductory meeting. The scheduler is run by Acuity Scheduling. It asks for contact details and answers to its intake questions, such as your organization's name. Acuity stores what you enter and passes it to us. The scheduler embedded on our introductory-call page loads only after you click its button. Other booking buttons take you to Acuity's own page.
- Email list. The sign-up form on the Subscribe page asks for your email address and, if you choose, your first name. The form sends them directly to Kit, our email service.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting. Vercel hosts the Site. When your browser requests a page, Vercel's servers receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and may keep that in server logs.
- Vercel Web Analytics. This counts page views. Per Vercel, it works without third-party cookies and does not collect information that lets it reconstruct your browsing across other sites. It records the page, referrer, approximate location, browser, device type and operating system.
- Vercel Speed Insights. This measures how fast pages load. Per Vercel, its data is not tied to an individual visitor or IP address. It records the page, network speed, browser, device type, operating system and country.
- Google Analytics 4. This tells us which pages people visit and which links they click. It uses cookies. It also records when you click a link that opens the booking page.
- Google Ads tag. This lets us measure clicks on our booking links, which is not the same as a completed booking, and, where enabled, show our ads to people who visited the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not set cookies of its own. These services may set them when you visit:
- Google Analytics. It sets two first-party cookies,
_gaand_ga_followed by an identifier. Google describes_gaas used to distinguish users and_ga_as used to persist session state. Both last up to two years by default. - Google advertising cookies. The Google Ads tag may set Google advertising cookies. Google and its partners may use them, together with the Analytics cookie, to show you ads and to measure ads.
- Kit. After you submit the sign-up form, your browser goes to a page hosted by Kit, which may set its own cookies under Kit's policy.
- Acuity Scheduling. Once you open the scheduler, Acuity and the services it uses may set their own cookies and receive your data under their own policies.
The Site does not show a cookie banner. Google's tags load on every page, and the Site has no switch to turn them off. Use the choices below.
Your choices
- Install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits.
- Use Google's Ads Settings to control personalized ads from Google.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site works without them.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The Site does not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. The Google tags load whether or not your browser sends one. The opt-outs above are the way to limit tracking.
Other parties that collect information
Google may collect information about your online activity on the Site over time and across other websites. We do not control that collection. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How we use information
- To answer your messages and set up introductory meetings.
- To send the email list to people who subscribed.
- To understand how the Site is used, fix problems and improve it.
- To measure and run our advertising, including, where enabled, showing our ads to people who visited the Site.
- To prepare for a meeting, we may look up your organization and your professional background from public sources.
- To keep the Site secure and to meet legal duties.
Email list
When you subscribe, Kit asks you to confirm by email before you are added. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing takes effect no later than 10 business days after your request. You can also write to info@integralhs.com and ask to be removed.
Some subscribers joined before October 2026 through our previous email service, Mailchimp. Mailchimp may still hold those addresses under its own terms.
Who we share information with
We share information with the services that run the Site for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Google (Analytics and Ads), Acuity Scheduling (booking), Kit (email list), Mailchimp (our previous email service), Pipedrive (our contact records) and Google Workspace (email and calendar). Each handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We also share information when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or if IHS is merged, sold or reorganized, in which case the information may transfer to the new owner.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not rent or trade our email list.
How long we keep information
- Email and booking records: as long as we need them for the business conversation or to meet legal and record-keeping duties.
- Email list: we stop sending to you when you unsubscribe. We keep your address on a do-not-email list so you are not added back by mistake, and our email services may keep past list records under their own terms.
- Analytics and hosting data: for the periods set by Vercel and Google.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@integralhs.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
Some state privacy laws, such as those in California and Virginia, give residents rights like these, and they apply only to businesses above certain size or data-volume limits. We offer the rights above to every visitor, wherever you live.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including our LinkedIn, Facebook and X pages. Those sites have their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of the page.
