Health plans and Medicare Advantage: regulatory and accreditation changes
This page collects dated changes for health plans: Medicare Advantage and Part D announcements, Federal Register rules on Marketplace plans and agents and brokers, and accreditor items on plan programs. Each entry quotes or reports one sentence from the authority's page, links to it, and adds the effective date or comment deadline when the source states one. Entries from accreditors whose terms limit reuse show title, date and link only. IHS prepares health plans for URAC accreditation (NCQA accreditation work is led by Maureen Plumstead) and supports CMS program audit readiness and compliance programs, so these items are part of the record IHS reads each day. The entries report what the authorities published; they do not interpret it, and the linked source is the original wording.
