Rochelle J. Pleskow is a senior healthcare professional with a unique blend of expertise including acute care facilities, ambulatory centers, health plans, and physician groups, encompassing the clinical, operational, and technological perspectives of the healthcare industry. Ms. Pleskow has developed clinical practice protocols and physician profiling report cards as well as revenue streams with contract negotiations and technology infrastructure implementations. Additionally, Ms. Pleskow has aligned healthcare REITs and Ambulatory Surgical Center developments, has developed due diligence with factoring receivables, and has created a start-up dotcom providing physicians a single place to outsource all of their non-medical functions.
Ms. Pleskow has developed clinical practice protocols at a 2000-physician IPA, and negotiated contracts for a national PPM in the ER and Hospitalist arena, and developed a 500-physician IPA with a national hospital system, which included conducting all negotiations and revenue cycle management functions. In addition, Ms. Pleskow has directed materials management in the acute care arena, allowing medicine and business to be brought together. Ms. Pleskow has also created supply chain management/GPO relationships at various facilities and implemented various software technologies in the acute, ambulatory and provider arenas.
