MaryJane Bullen, M.S.
MaryJane Bullen, M.S., is an experienced trainer/teacher with a focus in facilitating large groups and work teams. She also is experienced at mediation, conflict resolution, and values-based transformation for organizations.
Ms. Bullen serves as an adjunct professor in American University's Master's program in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Management, and Group Dynamics and Facilitation.
Before becoming an outside consultant, Ms. Bullen spent 14 years with the World Bank's International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, working as an internal consultant in strategy and change management, as a designer and faciliitator of retreats to implement strategic planning, as co-developer of the Values Toolkit for Facilitators, and as Manager of Information and Technology Unit.
Ms. Bullen received her education at the University of Texas, the University of Houston, the Michigan Montessori Center, and American University, where she received her Master of Science in Organization and Human Resource Development.
