Mr. Perri has extensive experience gained in work both as an independent consultant and in previous jobs at Georgetown University and the University of Maryland. He is skilled in all facets of the design, implementation and data analysis of surveys (telephone, written, and web-based) and focus groups. He also serves as a consultant for Management Design Inc. on a wide range of organizational development projects including strategic planning, evaluations and redesign of business processes, team building, staff trainings, and facilitation.
Mr. Perri also has created design and content for several Web sites including the Washington Theological Union homepage and three sites for Veritasiti Corporation of Los Angles. In that capacity, his responsibilities include site layout and branding and regular updates and editing of site content. He also uses a variety of techniques, including expert analysis, surveys and focus groups, to help determine how “usable” a web site is from the standpoint of those who will use it on a regular basis.
Mr. Perri also is an experienced grant-writer. He is currently working with Georgetown University and several other groups in developing proposals to foundations to fund important initiatives. Previous experience includes grant writing to the numerous federal agencies while at the Survey Research Center at the University of Maryland and to Lilly, Raskob and other foundations while at CARA.
Mr. Perri’s clients have included: Georgetown University Law School, Sisters of Mercy of the Americas, Environmental Protection Agency, Jesuits of the New England Province, Catholic center at Atlanta University Center, and other non-profit and church groups.
Before turning to consulting, Mr. Perri worked at the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate at Georgetown University as a Research Consultant, at the Survey Research Center and the University of Maryland, College Park as a Research Consultant, and at the Woodstock Theological Center, Georgetown University, as an Executive Assistant. He received his M.A. in Economics and his M.A. in Sociology from the University of Maryland-College Park, and his B.S. in Physics from his Master of Arts in Sociology from Catholic University of America.
